That is SO last week

Last week, employment law news focused on sexual orientation discrimination.  LGBT groups are backing away from the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) over a proposed exemption for religious organizations. President Obama’s highly anticipated Executive Order prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity by federal contractors was also much discussed, and the Minnesota Vikings suspended a coach over a homophobic slur.
